• Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Need your order urgently? Please contact us on Instagram @sobiyaluxe before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist you with the fastest possible shipping. ✨ For the quickest delivery, we offer Express Shipping, ensuring your order reaches you within 2–3 business days. Please note that Express Shipping costs ₹240 extra compared to our standard shipping charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS/WhatsApp so you can easily track your parcel.
Delays
During festive seasons, sales, or unexpected courier delays, shipping may take slightly longer than usual. We truly appreciate your patience 🤍
Incorrect Address

Once dispatched, it is the customer’s responsibility to track and receive the parcel on time. Sobiya Luxe is not responsible for parcels returned due to:
• Incorrect/incomplete address
• Wrong or unreachable phone number
• Failed delivery attempts
In such cases, reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
